Club Car Wash launches new rewards app – Mobility Plaza

Club Car Wash has rolled out a new mobile app designed to streamline how customers manage their car-wash visits, as the company steps further into digital services widely adopted across the retail sector.
Available now, the Club Car Wash mobile app brings together membership management, wash purchases, location search, and customer support in one place. The company has also introduced a contactless tipping option, allowing users to tip staff at individual sites directly through their phones.
The new Platinum Rewards programme will allow members to earn points redeemable for discounts on their monthly subscriptions. The app also encourages users to bring in new customers through a “Refer a Friend” feature, which grants points for successful referrals sent via text or email.
Club Car Wash President Collin Bartels said the launch aims to modernise the experience for both regular customers and the company’s expanding user base. “Our team has worked hard to develop this new tool to reward our members and improve the wash experience for all our guests,” Bartels said.
The update comes amid increasing pressure from customers who have long asked for loyalty benefits tailored to existing members rather than only promotional deals for newcomers.
