Hyundai had announced it would introduce 26 new cars in the Indian market by the end of this decade. The company has already introduced the new-gen Venue, and the rest 25 models will be launched in the next 5 years. At the launch event of the compact SUV, Hyundai India has confirmed that it will introduce a new MPV and off-road SUV in the country.
Hyundai has also confirmed that its luxury car brand, Genesis will finally enter the Indian market in 2027. The brand is aiming to achieve 1 million production milestone by 2028, and its new Pune plant will have a production capacity of 2.5 lakh cars. Furthermore, the company is aiming to achieve 30% of its total production for exports by 2030.

Hyundai hasn’t revealed the details on its future products, but media reports suggest that the company is preparing a new crossover to rival the Maruti Suzuki Fronx. This crossover is likely to be based on the Bayon crossover on sale in the European markets.
The next-gen Hyundai Creta is also under development and is set to be launched in the country by 2027. The company will introduce 8 new hybrid vehicles, and the Creta will be the first to get a hybrid engine in India. The company will also launch an all-new made-in-India electric SUV in 2027.
The brand’s flagship SUV, the Palisade is also coming to India by 2028. The new SUV will be equipped with a hybrid powertrain. The Korean brand will introduce a new MPV in our market. It could either be the Stargazer budget friendly MPV or the Staria premium MPV. The Stargazer will rival the likes of the Kia Carens Clavis and Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.
