According to our informants, it is confirmed that BYD is set to introduce two new electric vehicles in Pakistan by the end of January 2026.
The confirmed models are the BYD Atto 2 and the BYD Sealion 7.
The first model, the Atto 2 (known as the BYD Yuan Up in China), is a sub-compact all-electric SUV. As the name suggests, it sits below the popular Atto 3 in terms of both size and price. It is designed to be an entry-level EV SUV option.

The second addition is the Sealion 7. This is a midsize electric SUV that is positioned above the Atto 3 in the lineup. Internationally, the Sealion 7 is designed to rival popular crossovers like the Tesla Model Y.

So far, the official pricing and specific variants for the Pakistani market have not been confirmed. All we can state with certainty at this moment is that these two specific models will arrive by the end of January.
