Hyundai India is all set to launch the second generation of the Hyundai Venue in the Indian market. Scheduled to make its debut on November 4, the SUV has been officially teased by the automaker, giving a sneak peek of its updated design.

The teaser video, released on social media, reveals the front end of the upcoming model while keeping all other details in shadows. Ahead of the launch, the Venue was spied undisguised in India, giving us a first full look at its design, interior, and features.

The 2025 Hyundai Venue carries forward some familiar traits from the current model but gets a more rugged, muscular look. At the front, the SUV now sports a rectangular grille with chrome studs (unlike the all-black finish seen in international models) and vertically stacked LED headlamps. A signature C-shaped LED DRL, along with a connected light bar, enhances the front look. Hyundai has also added a thick faux silver skid plate to give it a more rugged SUV appeal.
In profile, the 2025 Venue adopts a boxier, more angular design compared to the rounded lines of the current model. The muscular front and rear fenders give it a more beefy and aggressive stance. The new aerodynamic alloy wheels and chunky body cladding further boost its rugged appeal. Additionally, a contrasting silver insert on the C-pillar and taller roof rails, resembling the Hyundai Creta, adds to its SUV styling.
At the rear, the Venue continues with its edgier theme, featuring slim connected LED taillamps, a thick skid plate, and a large spoiler with C-shaped reflectors. The reverse lights are neatly integrated into the bumper for a cleaner, more modern look.
While the spy shots of the interior have yet to be fully revealed, Hyundai has confirmed that the 2025 Venue will come equipped with dual 12.3-inch curved screens; one for the infotainment system and the other for the digital instrument cluster. This is a significant upgrade from the 8-inch infotainment screen and semi-digital cluster seen in the outgoing model.
The cabin will feature a redesigned dashboard, new AC vents, a fresh steering wheel, and an updated AC control panel, creating a more modern and spacious feel. Hyundai is also expected to offer a panoramic sunroof on higher variants to enhance the airy cabin experience.
Hyundai has confirmed the following key features for the 2025 Venue:
– Dual 12.3-inch curved screens for infotainment and digital cluster
– Level 2 ADAS suite (Advanced Driver Assistance System)
– Panoramic sunroof (available on higher variants)
– Powered and ventilated front seats
– 360-degree camera
– Dual-zone climate control
– 8-speaker Bose sound system
– Ambient lighting
– Wireless charging
These features make the 2025 Venue one of the most tech-packed SUVs in its segment.
The 2025 Venue is expected to continue with its popular engine options from the outgoing model:
1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol: 83 PS and 114 Nm of torque
1.0-litre turbo-petrol: 120 PS and 172 Nm of torque
1.5-litre diesel: 115 PS and 250 Nm of torque
Transmission options are likely to include the 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, and 7-speed DCT automatic for the turbo-petrol variant. Hyundai is also expected to add a new 6-speed torque converter automatic option for the diesel engine, providing more driving comfort.
The 2025 Hyundai Venue is expected to be priced between Rs 8 lakh and Rs 14 lakh (ex-showroom). Upon launch, it will compete with other popular subcompact SUVs such as the Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet, Skoda Kushaq, and Mahindra XUV 3OO.
