Upcoming cars in February- MG Majestor

MG had recently teased its upcoming Majestor, which is set to launch on 12 February 2026. It will be positioned as India’s first D+ segment SUV, sitting above the current D-segment models. With this model, MG aims to offer a more spacious, premium, and capable SUV that would rival the ever-popular  Fortuner.
It is likely to come packed with luxury and tech features such as a 12.3-inch infotainment display, a 12.3-inch driver’s display, Level-2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, powered front and rear seats with ventilation and massage functions, and a panoramic sunroof. The car is expected to pack a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine (213bhp & 478Nm torque) under the hood. We can also expect MG to bring in an RWD manual version with a more affordable price tag. Prices are expected to be between Rs 60 lakh and Rs 70 lakh (on-road Mumbai). Stay tuned for the launch of MG Majestor.

Nissan Tekton

Next on the list, we have the direct rival of the Hyundai Creta, the Nissan Tekton. Scheduled to launch on 4 February 2026, this SUV marks Nissan’s big push to India’s crowded mid-size SUV segment. With the Tekton, Nissan plans to establish another product in the Indian market, apart from its Magnite. 

The Tekton has a bold, upright stance with sharp lines and sleek lightbars at the front and rear. Inside, it is likely to receive a large 10.1-inch infotainment screen, a 7-inch digital driver display, ventilated seats, and features like Level-2 ADAS and a 360-degree camera. Since the Tekton follows close similarities to the Renault Duster, it is expected to come with three engine options- a 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine, a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine, and a 1.8-litre strong-hybrid engine. Prices are expected to start around Rs 13 lakh and go up to Rs 20 lakh for top trims, putting it in direct competition with other mid-sized SUVs.

Upcoming Cars In February- Nissan Gravite

Following the Tekton, we have another Nissan car that is expected to launch in February, the Gravite. The Nissan Gravite was expected to launch on 21 January 2026, but now we can expect to come in February. This is going to be Nissan’s first sub-compact 7 seater in India. The Nissan Gravite shares similarities with the Renault Kiger, but with a bolder and muscular design. Sharing its platform with the Triber, the Gravite is also expected to fight in the segment of cheapest 7-seaters in India. 
The Gravite is likely to come with a 7.0-inch instrument cluster, push button start, cooled glovebox, an 8-inch touchscreen system, 6-speaker sound system, LED headlamps & taillamps and a lot more.The Gravite is expected to be powered by a 1.0-litre petrol engine producing 71bhp and 96Nm of torque. Buyers can likely choose between a 5-speed manual or AMT, and there could be a dealer-fitted CNG option as well. The Gravite is part of Nissan’s bigger plan to strengthen its India presence, alongside the Tekton. In terms of pricing, we expect the Gravite to be priced between the range of Rs 7 lakh to Rs 10 lakh (on-road Mumbai).

Toyota Urban Cruiser Ebella

So far, the list has been all about ICE cars. But now we shift to electric with Toyota’s first EV that is confirmed to launch in February. After a long wait, Toyota will be bringing its Creta EV rival. This will mark Toyota’s serious entry into the mid-size electric SUV space in the Indian market.
The Ebella comes loaded with features like dual digital screens, ventilated and powered seats, 360-degree camera, level 2 ADAS, 7 airbags and more. It sticks to a cleaner look over the flashy EV look. Buyers will to get two battery options- 49kWh and 61kWh. The larger battery option will offer a claimed range of up to 543km in a single charge. We can expect the Ebella to fall between the price bracket of Rs 18 lakh and Rs 25 lakh (on-road Mumbai).

Upcoming Cars In February- VinFast Limo Green

VinFast Limo Green

 Last on the list we have the VinFast Limo Green that is expected to launch next month. VinFast has already entered India with the VF6 and VF7, and the Limo Green will be the brand’s next big step, produced at its Tamil Nadu facility.
The Limo Green follows VinFast’s clean and modern design, with connected LED lights, aero wheels, and a long, spacious body. You step inside the cabin, and you get a large touchscreen, ADAS features, a 360-degree camera and more. In terms of performance, the car is expected to offer 60kWh battery pack paired with an electric motor. The engine is capable of producing 201bhp with an estimated range of 450km. When it comes to pricing, the car is expected to be priced between Rs 25 lakh and Rs 35 lakh (on-road Mumbai), and will compete with electric MPVs like the Kia Carens EV and BYD eMax7.
