Spinny Launches ‘Spinny Circle’ App to Streamline Used-Car Exchanges for New Car Dealers – Autocar Professional
According to Spinny, the platform is intended to enable faster price discovery and more predictable liquidation timelines.
Spinny has launched a new app, Spinny Circle, aimed at improving transparency and efficiency in the used-car exchange process for new car dealers across India.
Announced in New Delhi on December 22, 2025, the app is designed to provide dealerships with a structured, end-to-end pathway for managing exchange vehicles, covering inspection, valuation, sale, and settlement. Spinny said the platform is intended to enable faster price discovery and more predictable liquidation timelines, helping dealers improve operational efficiency and working capital management.
The app was unveiled at the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) Vyapar Gujarat forum, attended by new car dealer stakeholders.
Exchange-led transactions form a significant part of new car sales in India, but the process is often fragmented, with delays in inspection, pricing, and liquidation affecting dealer cash flows and inventory planning. Spinny Circle seeks to address these challenges by standardising how exchange vehicles are managed.
Spinny said the app builds on its existing operating capabilities in used-car supply, pricing, and quality, extending these to dealerships handling exchange vehicles. The company completes over 2 lakh car transactions annually.
Spinny is working with FADA to engage with new car dealers and support the development of a more organised and transparent exchange ecosystem.
Founded in 2015, Spinny is a full-stack used-car retail platform operating across India. The company focuses on bringing transparency, standardisation, and convenience to the buying and selling of pre-owned vehicles through technology-led processes. Spinny operates across sourcing, inspection, pricing, sales, and after-sales support, with each vehicle undergoing a 200-point inspection and offered with a money-back guarantee and warranty. The platform operates car hubs across multiple cities and sources vehicles nationwide.
