We informed you earlier that Honda will launch 10 new products in the Indian market by 2030. Out of these 10 products, 7 will be SUVs with petrol, hybrid and electric powertrains. Honda will also import some of its global products, including the Prelude Coupe SUV and 0 Series SUV as brand builders. Here is a list of top 10 upcoming Honda cars and SUVs in India –

Honda 0 Alpha – 2027
Honda 0 Series SUV – 2026
Next-gen Honda City – 2028
Honda CR-V Hybrid – 2026
Honda Prelude – 2026-27
Honda Elevate Hybrid – 2026
New Honda 7-Seater SUV – 2027
Honda Sub-4 meter SUV – 2027-28
Honda ZR-V Hybrid – 2026-27
Next-gen Honda Amaze – 2028-29

If reports are to be believed, Honda Cars India is aiming to launch the CR-V hybrid, ZR-V hybrid, Prelude Coupe SUV and 0 Series SUV as CBUs (Completely Built-up units). Honda has already showcased the ZR-V hybrid to its dealer partners, while Media has recently got the chance to test drive the Prelude in Japan. The company has officially announced that the 0 Series SUV will be launched in India by 2027.

Honda will launch the hybrid version of the Elevate mid-size SUV in the country in 2026. The SUV will get the same 1.5L Atkinson cycle engine with two electric motors that powers the City e:HEV. This engine will be heavily localised to achieve competitive pricing.

Honda has recently revealed the new Hybrid lightweight platform, which is expected to be used to develop new range of SUVs and sedans. The company is reportedly developing an all-new 7-seater SUV, which will rival the Mahindra XUV700, Hyundai Alcazar and Tata Safari. This SUV will get the 1.5L NA petrol and 1.5L strong hybrid powertrains. Moreover, Honda is developing an all-new sub-4 meter SUV on the same platform. This compact SUV will rival the Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet and the upcoming Mahindra Vision S based compact SUV.

Honda will launch the next-gen City sedan in the country by 2028. The new model will be based on a new midsize hybrid platform, and will carry an all-new design. It is expected to borrow design cues from Honda’s radical 0 Series sedan concept that debuted at the recently concluded 2025 Japan Mobility Show. The sedan will be offered with both petrol and hybrid powertrains.
